In other exciting news:
We’ve welcomed our first student interns to the Wildlife Corridor project! Introducing Robin and Irene who are joining us for 10-week field placement. Both Robin and Irene are fourth-year Tropical Forestry students from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. We’re thrilled to have their energy and expertise on the ground.
As for Robin and Irene, they had this to say:
“One of the biggest problems of forest conservation is defragmentation. That’s what this project works on by protecting vital connections between ecosystems. It feels great to be part of this.”
